Reservation Fee

  • Once you have reserved an appointment a customer service representative will contact you to confirm.

  • A $25 reservation fee will be required to confirm the appointment and will be used towards the cost of your appointment or product purchases.

Refunds

  • The $25 reservation fee can be refunded if you cancel 48 hours or more prior to the start of your scheduled appointment.

  • If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or do not show up, your $25 reservation fee will be forfeit.

  • Once you have left our facility with a product all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued for unopened products before leaving your appointment.

  • No refunds will be issued for services rendered regardless of desired outcomes.
