Reservation Fee
Once you have reserved an appointment a customer service representative will contact you to confirm.
A $25 reservation fee will be required to confirm the appointment and will be used towards the cost of your appointment or product purchases.
Refunds
The $25 reservation fee can be refunded if you cancel 48 hours or more prior to the start of your scheduled appointment.
If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or do not show up, your $25 reservation fee will be forfeit.
Once you have left our facility with a product all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued for unopened products before leaving your appointment.
No refunds will be issued for services rendered regardless of desired outcomes.
